Lorenzo Pedone

Lorenzo Pedone, CHRM, currently serves as the Director of Revenue Management at InterContinental Miami Hotel since July 2021. Prior to this role, Lorenzo held various positions in revenue management at IHG Hotels & Resorts, including Director of Revenue Management and Cluster Revenue Director. Lorenzo's extensive experience includes roles such as Director of Revenue Strategy at Holiday Inn Resort Aruba and Area Revenue Strategy Manager at InterContinental Maracaibo & Crowne Plaza Maruma. Lorenzo's career began as a Revenue Manager at Crowne Plaza Maruma and has included various administrative and coordination roles in earlier positions. Lorenzo holds a Master Certificate in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University, a Master's degree in MICE, and a degree in Education from Università degli Studi di Bari.
