Pier Francesco Raccuglia

Pier Francesco Raccuglia has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Front Office at InterContinental Miami Hotel since June 2013. Raccuglia has held various positions within the hotel, including Assistant Director of Guest Relations, Night Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, Night Manager Relief, Front Desk Supervisor, Guest Experience Specialist, Front Desk Agent, and Bellman. Prior to this role, Raccuglia worked at Outback Steakhouse from June 2009 to August 2011 as a Busser. Raccuglia holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Miami Dade College, completed between 2010 and 2012.
