Amar Gurung

Amar Gurung is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Assistant Banquet Manager at InterContinental Sydney since December 2020, after progressing through various roles including Food and Beverage Supervisor, Team Leader, and Attendant. Prior experience includes a position as Line Leader at GMP Pharmaceuticals Ltd and multiple roles as a Food and Beverage Attendant at InterContinental Sydney and Bungalow 8. Amar also completed a trainee program at Berjaya Langkawi Resort & Spa. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in International Hotel Management from Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School, obtained between 2018 and 2020.
