Dr. Apostolos Pappas

Dr. Apostolos Pappas serves as the Chief Scientific Officer and Head of R&D for SHPCF at Intercos since September 2023, while concurrently holding the position of Senior Dermatology Consultant at Nogra Pharma since February 2021. As the President and Owner of Apostolos Pappas Ph.D. LLC since February 2020, Apostolos Pappas offers independent consulting across various sectors, including medical foods, skincare, and microbiome research. Additional notable roles include serving as a Senior Consultant for Croma-Pharma and entrinsic bioscience, as well as CEO and President of the Board at APOMACH GmbH, and previous experience at Nestle and Johnson & Johnson in skin health and innovation. Apostolos Pappas obtained a Ph.D. in Biochemistry/Food Science from Rutgers University between 1995 and 1999.
