Natalie Riehl

Vice President, Strategic Marketing, Intercos America at Intercos

Natalie Riehl has had an extensive career in the beauty and cosmetics industry. Natalie started at Coty in 2006 as a Global Product Manager, working on celebrity and lifestyle fragrances. Natalie later became the Global Marketing Manager for Celebrity Fragrances and then the Senior Global Marketing Manager for New York Color.

In 2012, Natalie joined Coty's Paris office as the International Marketing Director for New York Color and Miss Sporty. Natalie successfully introduced New York Color into new markets and improved Miss Sporty's brand equity in Eastern Europe.

In 2013, Natalie moved to the Coty office in Wimbledon, UK as the International Group Director for Rimmel London and Manhattan Cosmetics. Natalie managed the integration of the newly-acquired Manhattan brand and revitalized Rimmel's brand and product communication strategy.

In 2016, Natalie joined ALDO Group as the General Manager for Brand Development at Call It Spring, where they led the rebranding of the brand and conducted global consumer segmentation and brand equity studies.

Most recently, Natalie has been the Vice President of Strategic Marketing at Intercos America, where they lead a team of marketers and oversees the product innovation pipeline and promotional activities for the US market.

Natalie Riehl completed their high school education at Lycée International de St Germain En Laye, where they obtained a high school diploma in economic and social sciences with a focus on the international option (French & German). Natalie later attended ESSEC Business School from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in International Management, including Marketing, Finance, and Communication. Additionally, in 2003-2004, they participated in an undergraduate ERASMUS program at Cardiff University, focusing on subjects such as Advertising & Promotion, International Finance, Business Ethics, HR, and Modern Business Enterprises.
