Simona Giraldo has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Simona has held various roles in different companies and industries. Starting in 1999, Simona worked as a Junior Account at TBWA for a year and a half. In 2000, they joined M&CM as an Executive Account, where they stayed for a year. Simona then transitioned to THRUSTMASTER in 2001, where they worked as a Product Manager for a year. In 2002, they moved to Intercos and began their long-term journey with the company. At Intercos, Simona held several roles, including Operational Marketing in the Far East and Middle East, Product Manager, Strategic Marketing Manager for Luxe and Prestige, Team Leader Strategic Marketing, Global Make up BU Director - Face and Lip Category, and finally, Vice President Business Unit. Simona's vast experience encompasses leading business growth, developing product innovation strategies, monitoring profitability, and contributing to the success of the companies they have worked for.

Simona Giraldo attended IULM University from 1995 to 2000 and obtained a degree in Relazioni Pubbliche, with a focus on Marketing and Advertising. Prior to that, they studied at E.R.I.C.A. iSTITUTO Primo Levi Seregno from 1990 to 1995, specializing in Lingue e letterature straniere, generale.
