Vittorio Brenna

Vittorio Brenna has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2003, they worked as a Continuous Improvement leader and production manager at BorgWarner Inc., where they focused on Lean Six Sigma principles and waste reduction. Vittorio then moved on to Galgano & Associati Consulting Spa as a senior consultant from 2007 to 2011. In 2011, they joined Cosmint S.p.A. and held several roles, including Manufacturing Director and VP Group Operations, overseeing production, maintenance, engineering, logistics, and industrial relations. From 2014 to 2017, they were the Executive Director at Cosmint S.p.A. In 2017, they became the Industrial Operations VP at Cosmint Group, a position they held until 2019 when they became the General Manager of the group. In 2020, they took on the role of CEO of Cosmint Group and also became the Executive Chairman at Tatra Spring Polska. Vittorio Brenna joined Intercos in 2022 as the Executive Director at Intercos Europe Spa and currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global Industrial Operations.

Vittorio Brenna holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Vittorio also obtained a certification in Six Sigma Black belt from Galgano & Associati Consulting Spa in 2010.
