Lynn Weir

Lynn Weir has a diverse and extensive work history. Lynn currently works as a Project Lead at InterDam, a role they have held since January 2023. Prior to joining InterDam, they were a Director and Business Consultant at Greenhills Consulting starting in March 2021.

Before their current roles, Lynn had a long tenure at Dell, where they held various positions. From March 2009 to May 2012, they served as the Senior Marketing Manager for EMEA Services, leading the integration of marketing resources in Europe and achieving significant revenue growth. Prior to joining Dell, Lynn served as the Director of European Operations at AllAdvantage.com, a high-growth consumer behavior tracking and analytics start-up, from September 1999 to December 2000. Lynn joined the company as employee #2 in Europe. Lynn also worked as a Consultant and Assistant Financial Controller at The Engineering Company QtecQ, a Dutch engineering company involved in large complex projects, from January 1999 to August 1999.

Lynn began their career as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, a global management consulting firm. Lynn worked at Bain from September 1995 to November 1998, consulting for FMCG, Tech, Telco, and Private Equity clients. During their time at Bain, they were involved in graduate recruitment and received the Best Team Results Award in 1996.

Lynn Weir completed a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Manufacturing Sciences and Engineering from the University of Strathclyde between 1990 and 1995. Lynn also obtained several additional certifications, including Agile Service Management met SCRUM from IT Management Group in November 2022, Revenue Operations Professional from HubSpot Academy in September 2022, Digital Marketing Certification from HubSpot Academy in July 2022, and a variety of learning path certifications from LinkedIn in 2022. Additionally, Lynn earned an Executive Data Science Specialization Certificate from John Hopkins University in February 2022.
