Victor Correa

Software Engineer at InterEast

Victor Correa has a diverse work experience. Victor started their career as a Laboratory Monitor at the Universidade Católica de Salvador in 2009. From there, they interned at Cetrel S.A. in the Microbiology and Ecotoxicology Laboratory. After that, they interned at the Universidade Católica de Salvador in the Laboratory of Environmental Studies.

In 2011, Victor worked as a Research Analyst for the Cisternas Project at BEMFAM, where they conducted socioeconomic interviews and analyzed water quality.

In 2012, they became a Research Analyst at the Pangea - Center of Socio-environmental Studies, where they coordinated field research and developed strategies and activities.

In 2013, Victor worked as a Field Biologist for Agrega Consultores and was involved in the Light for Everyone Project, conducting studies on electrical transmission lines and identifying species of fauna and flora. Victor then returned to Pangea as a Business Analyst, specializing in socioeconomic studies for solidarity economy enterprises.

In 2016, Victor became a Project Manager at INNOVA PROJECTS, CONSULTANCY AND ADVICE LTDA, where they analyzed socio-environmental projects and coordinated field teams.

In 2018, they joined Sebratec AB as a Software Developer and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are a Software Engineer at InterEast AB, where they are involved in software development and consulting.

Victor Correa pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting in 2006 when they enrolled at Universidade Católica do Salvador. Victor completed their Licentiate degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General in 2011 after five years of study. Following this, they joined Universidade Federal da Bahia in 2013 to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology, which they completed in 2018.
