Noor Niyas K M has a range of experience in technical sales and engineering roles.
Noor began their career at The Kerala Minerals & Metals Limited as a Graduate Engineer-Instrumentation. Here, they serviced and calibrated field instruments, installed and maintained various measuring instruments, and performed configuration, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of process control instruments.
Noor then moved on to Hitachi, where they worked as a DCS Engineer, specializing in design, testing, and commissioning of HITACHI's DCS. In this role, they prepared IO card layouts and databases, IA and GA for cabinets, and was involved in bill of materials (BOM) preparation.
At Reynard Lighting, Noor worked as a Presales & Estimation Engineer focusing on Lighting Control Systems (LCS). Noor'sresponsibilities included commissioning projects, creating schematic and panel drawings, conducting factory acceptance tests, and collaborating with international lighting control software companies.
Most recently, Noor has been employed at INTEREL, first as an Inside Sales Engineer for the UAE and Oman markets. In this position, they were responsible for scrutinizing documents, creating commercial proposals, ensuring CRM data accuracy, coordinating with finance for invoicing and payment follow-ups, and managing customer purchase orders.
Noor has since been promoted to Senior Sales Engineer, where they maintain relationships with customers, submits post-sales documents, supports the sales manager in achieving targets, and handles spare parts, AMC, and SLA.
Noor Niyas K M completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Noorul Islam College of Engineering. Their education occurred from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their degree, Noor obtained a certification in PLC, SCADA, and DCS from Yokogawa. The specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not mentioned.
