Prior to this, they worked at Frank Recruitment Group in multiple roles, including Senior Vice President - Global Sales Development, Vice President of Learning and Development, USA Learning and Development Manager, Training and Development Team Leader, and Senior Sales Trainer. Lisa also had roles at Nigel Frank International as a Senior Sales Trainer, Sales Trainer, and Microsoft Business Intelligence Recruitment Consultant.
Lisa McHugh attended Northumbria University where they obtained a Bachelor's degree. Lisa also received a certification as a Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2021.
