Joey Shea

Joey Shea is a professional with extensive experience in sustainability and community engagement. Currently serving as Manager of North American Sustainability at Interface since October 2018, Joey Shea focuses on building networks among owners, specifiers, and partners to promote sustainable business practices. Previous roles include Manager of Mission Activation and Manager of Customer Experience at Interface, emphasizing customer engagement and sustainability messaging. Additional experience includes serving as a Chattahoochee Now Community Engagement Fellow at The Trust for Public Land and consulting for nonprofits and small businesses through Susannah Darrow Consulting. Earlier positions include strategic partnerships and philanthropy roles at Southface, a Telemedicine Program Assistant at UNC Lineberger, and public health writing for Toxic Free NC. Joey Shea holds a degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from Emory University, specializing in Sociology and sustainability studies.
