Interfaith America
Dr. Raja Gopal Bhattar is a seasoned educator and consultant with extensive experience in higher education administration and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Principal Consultant at Bhattar Consulting, LLC since July 2019, Dr. Bhattar also holds the position of 2020 Interfaith America Racial Equity Fellow at Interfaith Youth Core and serves as the Adjunct Faculty Tutoring Coordinator at American River College, overseeing tutoring services for over 30,000 students. Previous roles include Assistant Provost and Executive Director of the Center for Identity + Inclusion at the University of Chicago, Director of the LGBT Campus Resource Center at UCLA, and Assistant Director of Campus Diversity & Inclusion at the University of Redlands. Dr. Bhattar earned a PhD in Higher Education Administration from UCLA and possesses multiple degrees in the field, including a BA in Psychology from Boston University.
