Randy Craig is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in marketing and communications across various nonprofit organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Interfaith America since April 2024, Randy previously founded and led Writing Content That Matters in early 2024, providing a range of services including SEO optimization and AI-supported writing. Prior to these roles, Randy spent over a decade at YMCA of the USA as Senior Marketing Communications Manager, where responsibilities included strategy development and content creation across multiple channels. Contributions to the National PTA include leadership roles as Director of Communications and Senior Communications Manager, overseeing comprehensive communications strategies for a large nonprofit. Randy's earlier experience includes directing communications for the Inland Press Association, along with a strong educational background in Journalism, English, and Counseling Psychology from Ball State University.
