Rebecca Rhodes Blackburn serves as the Assistant Director of Program Operations at Interfaith America, where responsibilities include implementing and managing systems for program consistency, streamlining workflows, and improving data management. Additionally, Rebecca works as Co-Director at the Tri-Faith Initiative, developing curriculum for interfaith dialogue and organizing programming for emerging clergy. As a Doctoral Student at Chicago Theological Seminary, Rebecca engages in advanced studies focused on Sacred Texts and Hermeneutical Strategies while also having experience as a Teaching Assistant in various courses. Previously, Rebecca held positions at Whitworth University as Associate Director of Student Success and Assistant Director of Student Success, along with teaching roles as Adjunct Faculty and experience as a Residence Director at Fresno Pacific University. Academic qualifications include a PhD in progress from Chicago Theological Seminary, a Master’s degree in Spiritual Formation and Leadership, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Spring Arbor University.
