Interfaith Caregivers of Greater Mercer County assists the elderly in remaining independent in their homes for as long as possible.  To accomplish this, we have two primary programs: Neighbors Helping Neighbors and Project Healthy Bones. 
Our Neighbors Helping Neighbors program matches area seniors with volunteers to assist with everyday tasks such as grocery shopping, visiting, and transportation.  
Our Project Healthy Bones program is an exercise program held at various locations throughout the community to promote balance and prevent osteoporosis.
