Marilexci Carrillo

Marilexci Carrillo's work experience includes various roles and positions in different companies throughout their career.

Starting in 2002, they worked as a Preparador at the Universidad de Los Andes, where they were involved in preparatory work for the Simulación course in the Faculty of Engineering.

From 2004 to 2007, Marilexci Carrillo had a role as a Desarrollador Frontend Jr/Analista QA at Honorarios Profesionales. Their responsibilities included developing an Integrated Geographical Information System for the Municipio Junín and implementing a Government Electronic Strategy system in the Municipio Colon.

Recently, Marilexci Carrillo joined Interfell, where they held the positions of Talent Sourcer and Partner de Reclutamiento. Their roles involved publishing and disseminating job offers, attracting and locating talent, validating and filtering skills, and referring potential candidates. Marilexci also studied client profiles, posted job offers on different platforms and social media, searched for potential talents, and guided them to register on Interfell's website.

Between 1998 and 2003, they studied at Universidad de los Andes (VE) and earned a degree in Ingeniero de Sistemas. Their field of study focused on Investigacion de Operaciones.
