David Ashman

David Ashman has a strong background in technology and engineering, with experience spanning over two decades. Most recently, they served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering at Interfolio, where they led the product engineering organization. In this role, they were responsible for managing software engineering, architecture, quality assurance, and DevOps. David implemented various strategies to enhance team performance, including establishing a tier 3 support model and implementing a near-shore engineering strategy.

Prior to Interfolio, David worked at Capital One as the Head of Digital Product and Software Delivery Architecture. David also served as the Principal Architect, Director of Engineering, Engineering Manager, and Senior Software Architect during their time at Blackboard. David contributed to the company's technical roadmap, product architecture, and implemented a new organizational structure.

Earlier in their career, David worked as a Senior Software Architect at LeftBrain, a Senior Software Engineer at e-centives, and a Software Engineer at World Wide Technology and Tripos.
