Esmé Smulders

Esmé Smulders is a seasoned professional in talent management and human resources, currently serving as Global Manager Talent at Interfood Group since April 2023. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at CEVA Logistics from September 2014 to April 2023, where roles encompassed Manager Talent Acquisition & Development Benelux, Learning and Development Manager Benelux, Learning and Development Officer Benelux, and Human Resources Assistant. Esmé began the career as a Graduate Intern in Human Resources at CEVA Logistics in late 2013. Additionally, Esmé has a background in the hospitality sector, having served as a Supervisor at Restaurant In den Zevenden Hemel from 2005 to March 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Work- & Organizational Psychology from Universiteit Utrecht and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Studies from Tilburg University, complemented by a VWO diploma in Natuur & Gezondheid from Sint Jans Lyceum.
