Carolyn Chang has a diverse background in sales, marketing, and operations. Carolyn most recently worked as the Director of Berry Operations at Interfresh since December 2017. Prior to that, they spent four years at The Oppenheimer Group as the Sales/Berry Category Manager, where they managed the California berry program category and team. Carolyn has also worked in sales and marketing roles at Orange County Produce, LLC and Well Pict Berries, and held management positions in international operations at Next Generation Solutions, LLC and Rapid Rack Industries Inc. Carolyn began their career at Safeway Corporation as a produce buyer, where they projected volume needs and price structures based on the market conditions.
Carolyn Chang attended the University of Hawaii from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration.
