Ted Baudendistel has had a long and varied career in the business world. In 1986, they began their career as a Software Developer for John M. Cockerham & Associates. Ted then moved to CAS, Inc. in 1988 as a Program Analyst and to NAS, Inc. in 1989 in the same role. In 1990, they became Group Manager at Camber Corporation, followed by CFO at Quality Research, Inc. in 1997. In 1999, they were President/CEO of Trilogy, which they sold to Littlejohn & Co. portfolio company (Latham). From 2011 to 2016, they worked at Latham, The Pool Company, first as Fiberglass Products Manager and then as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Ted Baudendistel received their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a major in Management Information Systems (MIS) from The University of Alabama in Huntsville between 1985 and 1988. Ted then attended the University of Louisiana at Lafayette between 1983 and 1984, studying Computer Science. Ted completed their Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The University of Alabama in 1993.
