Christine Kuhn

Christine Kuhn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resource management and leadership roles. Currently serving as a Professor of Human Resource Management at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW since September 2021, Christine also holds the position of CEO at BEYOND Coaching GmbH, a role maintained since August 2016. Involvement with Raiffeisen Switzerland includes being a Member of the Raiffeisenbank Rat and the Raiffeisen Rat Committee since March 2020, along with serving on the Board of Directors for Raiffeisenbank Dornach Genossenschaft and interGGA AG. Previous tenure at Syngenta saw Christine in multiple HR leadership roles from July 2014 to April 2020, while a lengthy experience at UBS AG spanned from July 1999 to June 2014, including various senior HR positions. Education includes multiple advanced degrees, culminating in a Master's Degree from the University of Basel, along with several certifications in coaching and leadership.
