Klara Kjellberg (née Eklöf)

Klara Kjellberg (née Eklöf) has a long and varied work experience. Klara is currently the Chief Legal Officer and a member of the Executive Team at Intergiro, where they also serve as the Head of Legal. Prior to this, they worked at Hannes Snellman Attorneys at law Ltd from 2011-2020, where they held the roles of Advokat/Managing Associate, Advokat/Senior Associate, and Advokat/Associate. In their role as Advokat/Senior Associate, they advised clients on all types of financing transactions with particular focus on acquisition financing, high yield bonds, corporate lending and real estate financing, as well as contract and commercial law. During the recent years, they focused more on M&A transactions and advised both private equity clients and corporate clients within private M&A.

Klara Kjellberg (née Eklöf) received their Natural Science degree from Norra Real in 2001-2004. Klara then attended Stockholm University from 2004-2005 for Language Studies in French. From 2005-2006, they studied French at Université Paris-Sorbonne. Klara then attended Stockholm University again from 2006-2011, obtaining their Jur. Kand. degree in Law. In 2010, they attended Queen Mary University of London for a Finance Law degree in Banking, Corporate, Finance, and Securities Law. In 2017, they attended Umeå University for a Leadership and Leadership Development course.
