Barbra Kavanaugh

Barbra Kavanaugh is a seasoned professional in nonprofit leadership and management, currently serving as a Partner at Interim Executive Solutions, LLC since January 2024. Previously, Kavanaugh offered interim executive director services as a self-employed consultant from August 2015 to November 2024, and co-founded the Interim Executive Network, holding the position of Director from March 2017 to January 2024. Interim Executive Solutions provides experienced leaders to work with non-profit organizations in transition. Engagements range from taking on the role of Interim Executive Director to filling other leadership roles on a temporary basis in order to build organizational capacity, address operational issues or implement new programs.
