Laura Elliott, MBA, PHR, RACR has extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources within the healthcare sector. Currently serving as an Executive Talent Partner at Interim HealthCare RMC since March 2021, Laura supports corporate and executive recruitment across multiple states. Previous roles include Sr. Clinical Talent Acquisition Partner at Nationwide Children's Hospital, and HR Director positions at various hospitals including Life Point Hospitals and Community Health Systems. Laura's career began at Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians as a Recruiter and includes early experience as an HR Manager at Parman Group. Educational credentials include an MBA in Health Systems Management from Grand Canyon University and a BS in Management from the University of Cincinnati.
