Jackie Solmos, MBA, has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as Executive Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at Kastle Systems since August 2025. Prior roles include Executive Talent Acquisition Partner at North Highland, Talent Acquisition Partner at Accenture, and Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisition at Trexin Consulting. Jackie has also worked at Schneider National, CommScope, Forsythe Technology, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Kellogg Company, and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where responsibilities included partnering with business leaders, advising on recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
