Aaron Miller has a diverse and extensive work experience. Aaron has held various roles in different companies. At Interior Health Authority, they served as an Executive Director, Director, and Corporate Director. In these positions, they led the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational and financial performance. Aaron also managed multiple projects and secured funding for healthcare services expansion. Additionally, they worked as a Project Manager and Manager at the same organization, where they focused on improving patient transport and operational performance. Aaron was also a Human Factors/Ergonomics Consultant at Miller Ergonomics and Design, leading initiatives to improve organizational performance and publishing articles on design and health and safety. Prior to that, they were an Ergonomics Project Coordinator at the Occupational Health and Safety Agency for Healthcare, playing a key role in research projects and developing safety standards.

Aaron Miller earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Simon Fraser University in the Faculty of Applied Science (Kinesiology) from 1996 to 2002. Aaron later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Analytics at the University of Fredericton from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in Lean implementation, quality management, Indigenous cultural competency, wine and spirits education, green building, and ergonomics throughout their career.
