Breanna Traynor has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. In 2001, they started working as a Sales Representative at Summerhill Pyramind Winery, where they stayed until 2003. From 2004 to 2004, they served as an Outreach Coordinator at Power To Be Adventure Therapy. In 2007, they worked as an Event Coordinator for the Canadian Cancer Society's Relay for Life. Breanna then moved on to become the Manager of Marketing and Food & Beverage at Ric's Grill from 2007 to 2009. After that, they joined Big White Ski Resort Ltd as the Manager of Marketing from 2009 to 2011. Since 2011, they have worked at the Interior Health Authority, starting as a Communications Officer and progressing to positions such as Communications Coordinator, Communications Consultant, and Communications Lead for both internal and capital projects.

Breanna Traynor obtained a Diploma in Recreation Therapy from Douglas College from 2002 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, and Marketing at Vancouver Island University.
