Sharon Lacson

Sharon Lacson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sharon is currently working as a Senior Recruiter/Team Lead at Interior Logic Group, Inc. since June 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Residential Design Services from May 2019 to June 2021. Sharon also worked as a Senior Recruiter at Smile Brands Inc. from December 2016 to May 2019. In 2016, they had a brief stint as a Recruiter at Residential Design Services. Before transitioning into the recruitment field, Sharon worked in the education sector as a Recruiter, Admissions/Sales at Marinello Schools of Beauty from March 2012 to February 2016 and as a Senior Admissions Advisor/Sr from April 2009 to March 2012. Additionally, they gained experience in the beauty industry, working as a Brand Educator at T3 Micro in 2007, and as a Hairstylist & Color Technician at Guy & Company Salon Group from September 2002 to August 2006 and at Primo Salon and Day Spa Fashion Valley from April 2001 to September 2002. Sharon began their career at Gene Juarez Salons & Spas where they worked as a Hairstylist & Color Technician from May 1997 to July 2000.

Sharon Lacson's education history includes attending the Gene Juarez Academy of Beauty-Branch Campus from 1995-1996 to study as a Color Technician in Federal Way. Sharon continued their education at the same academy from 1996-1997 for Advanced Training in Downtown Seattle. In 2000, they received additional training at Robert Cromeans Salon in San Diego. Sharon also received additional training at Jose Eber Salon Four Seasons in Carlsbad during the same year. Additionally, Sharon obtained an Associate's degree from Pierce College at Fort Steilacoom. Sharon holds certifications as a CA Licensed Cosmetologist, Hairdresser from the California Department of Consumer Affairs, Board of Barbering and Cosmetology, and as a WA Licensed Cosmetologist, Hairdresser from the Washington State Department of Licensing.
