Todd Anderson

Todd Anderson currently serves as EVP, General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at Interior Logic Group, Inc., a position held since 2022. Previously, Todd held the role of General Counsel at High Season from 2021 to 2022 and was Chief Strategy Officer and Advisor at Gardenhouse between 2017 and 2021. Additional experience includes managing counsel roles at American Express and General Counsel positions at Total Merchant Services and GiftCards.com, where successful company sales were achieved. Todd's career began at Constantine Cannon as a Partner and includes prior roles in industry and consulting at the Antitrust Modernization Commission, Bingham McCutchen, and The Boston Consulting Group. Academic qualifications include a JD from Harvard Law School, an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
