Lee Ann Stevenson

Lee Ann Stevenson is the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer for Vericast. As General Counsel, she leads global legal affairs of the Vericast businesses, including commercial, employment, corporate transactions and litigation. As Chief Administrative Officer, Lee Ann is responsible for managing and optimizing the Vericast employee experience, including Human Resources, Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Total Rewards, Training, and Learning and Development. She also has responsibility for other critical corporate functions that support Vericast and its team members, including Corporate Marketing and Communications, Compliance, and Information and Data Security.

Lee Ann also serves as a Senior Vice President at Vericast’s parent company, MacAndrews and Forbes Inc. Prior to joining MacAndrew’s, Lee Ann was a litigation partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

She earned her J.D. at New York University School of Law and her B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and American Studies, from Dickinson College.
