Kym Tran

Kym Tran is an experienced professional in human resources with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and labor relations. Currently serving as an Employee Relations Officer at the Interior Office of Inspector General since July 2022, Kym previously held roles such as Labor & Employee Relations and Performance Management at the Department of Navy and HR Consultant at Cask. A Supervisory HR Specialist at the Library of Congress, Kym managed performance management programs and provided expert guidance on disciplinary actions. Earlier career experience includes serving as an HR (Labor/Employee Relations) Specialist at the Defense Civilian Personnel Advisory Service and Employee Management Relations Specialist with the United States Air Force, where Kym contributed to policy development and taught HR courses.
