Sachindra Tripathi serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at IndInfravit Trust since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in human resources management. Prior to this role, Sachindra held various positions at JMC Projects (India) Ltd from January 2015 to October 2022, including General Manager and Senior Deputy General Manager of HR. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Vice-President of HR at SREI Sahaj eVillage Limited from September 2011 to January 2015 and Chief Manager at Nicco Ventures Limited from January 2003 to January 2009. Sachindra Tripathi holds a postgraduate degree in Organizational Development & Change Management from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences and an MBA in Human Resources Development from Jadavpur University.

We have installed energy-efficient LED technology across our road projects and also set up solar panels with a cumulative capacity of 950 kW. Under our women engagement and empowerment programme, seven of our toll highways have one shift of tolling operations managed by women colleagues. Our work on educating adolescent girls about female hygiene has been recognized among the Best CSR Initiatives. We have established EV charging points along highways at 3 Projects for the benefit of our road users.
