Pouyan Shahabadi

Pouyan Shahabadi has had a diverse range of work experience in the field of IT. Pouyan began their career in 2008 as a Computer Technician at DR SHAHABADI PHAMACY, where they installed and maintained software and hardware systems, provided technical support, and performed troubleshooting for various devices.

In 2011, Pouyan worked as a Desktop Support Specialist at PARS DIBA MALAYSIA, where they resolved issues related to Microsoft Office applications, configured workstations and laptops, managed user accounts in Active Directory, and provided technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, and scanners.

From 2014 to 2015, Pouyan worked as a Network and System Administration at Ertebat Rayan, where they installed and configured routers and switches in a LAN, supported network infrastructure, designed and implemented new LAN networks, and resolved helpdesk requests.

In 2019, Pouyan served as an IT Support Specialist at Episcopal Community Services, providing technical support to office and remote users, managing user accounts, and delivering remote and on-site technical assistance.

From 2020 to 2021, Pouyan worked as a System Engineer at Verizon, where they installed, configured, and troubleshooted software and hardware systems, provided advanced technical support, and resolved issues within SLAs.

Currently, Pouyan holds the position of System Engineer at Interlaced.io, where they provide support for a range of SaaS solutions, configures and maintains various Azure SaaS Cloud Services, implements device enrollment processes, deploys and builds Windows servers, and manages O365 data loss prevention.

Overall, Pouyan has a strong background in technical support, system administration, network infrastructure, and cloud services, with experience working in various industries and supporting a wide range of IT systems and devices.

Pouyan Shahabadi's education history includes various certificates and degrees in different fields. In 2017, they obtained a certificate in Amazon Web Services (AWS) from UC San Diego Extended Studies. The following year, they earned certificates in CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician), CompTIA Network+, and CompTIA A+ from Cisco Networking Academy and CompTIA respectively. In 2018, Pouyan completed a Professional Certificate in Lean Enterprise from San Diego State University and obtained a certification in Production and Inventory Management from APIC San Diego Chapter.

Prior to that, in 2010, they pursued a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia. Pouyan also holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering which they obtained from Azad University (IAU) between 2005 and 2010.

In terms of additional certifications, Pouyan has received several from various institutions. Pouyan attained certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft 365 Identity and Services, and Microsoft 365 Mobility and Security from Microsoft in 2021 and 2023. Pouyan also obtained certifications in Addigy Certified Associate, OneLogin Implementation Specialist, and AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner (CLF) in 2021 and 2019 respectively. Additionally, Pouyan is certified in Cisco Certified Network Associate Routing and Switching (CCNA) and AWS Solutions Architect Associate from Cisco and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019, and they possess CompTIA A+ ce Certification, and CompTIA IT Operations Specialist – CIOS Stackable Certification from CompTIA which they acquired in 2018.

Furthermore, Pouyan has completed a Cloud Computing Architecture using Amazon Web Services (AWS) program from UC San Diego Extension and holds a Professional Certificate in Lean Enterprise from SDSU Career Services.
