Andrea Rivas Cardona

Andrea Rivas Cardona is an experienced professional in organizational transformation and communication, currently serving as the Directora Transformación Organizacional and Líder de Comunicación y Mercadeo at InterLAN since July 2017. Andrea has expertise in leading endomarketing projects and managing cultural initiatives. Prior to this role, Andrea was an Analista de Comunicación at XM Filial de ISA from July 2015 to February 2017, where responsibilities included organizing national and international events and developing communication strategies.
