Erin Dee, MBA, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at InterLinc Mortgage since May 2024, bringing extensive experience in leadership roles within the mortgage industry. Prior to this position, Erin held the Chief Operating Officer role at LoanPeople from May 2019 to May 2024 and briefly served as COO for a company in Q4 2019. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Strategy Officer at Thrive Mortgage LLC and Legacy Mutual Mortgage, as well as Chief Operating Officer at Infinity Mortgage Holdings. Earlier career roles encompass management positions focused on quality efficiency and compliance, as well as secondary market analysis at major financial institutions. Erin earned an MBA in Finance from Nova Southeastern University and a BS in Finance from UCF College of Business.
