Vanessa de Mari Monserrate

Vanessa de Mari Monserrate has extensive work experience in the construction and development industry. Vanessa currently holds the position of Executive Vice President at Interlink since May 2023. Prior to that, they served as Chairwoman of the Puerto Rico Builders Association in January 2022.

Vanessa also has a background in management and leadership roles, having been the President of F&R Management Services, LLC until June 2023. Vanessa was also a Vice President at URBANUS DEVELOPMENT, INC. from January 2004 to June 2023.

Vanessa has experience in project development and supervision, having worked as a Development Manager at F&R Construction Group, Inc. since January 2000. Their responsibilities included overseeing the development of residential projects, from obtaining financing and permits to marketing, sales, and delivery of units.

Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Purchasing Manager at F&R Contractors, Corp from January 1998 to January 2000, where they were involved in the purchasing of construction materials for various projects.

Vanessa de Mari Monserrate, AIA has a Master of Architecture (MArch) degree and a Master of Construction Management (MCM) degree from Washington University in St. Louis. Vanessa also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree with a major in Arts from the same university. In addition, Vanessa is a Licensed Architect in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and a Licensed Realtor certified by the Departamento de Estado de Puerto Rico.
