Rachael L. Narel, Ph.D., CISA, currently serves as the Employee Engagement and Productivity Practice Lead at Interlink Cloud Advisors, where the focus is on enhancing organizational outcomes through effective technology, processes, and people practices. With extensive experience as a Senior Change Management Consultant and Adjunct Professor at Benedictine University, Rachael also teaches at Lewis University. Previous roles include Engagement Manager at SWC Technology Partners and Vice President at Infogix, where Rachael led initiatives in marketing, product development, and customer engagement. Rachael holds a Ph.D. in Organization Development and advanced degrees in Management and Organizational Behavior, complemented by a background in Psychology and Biology.
