Amy Byrd

Amy Byrd is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in partner enablement and customer development in the technology sector. Currently serving as a Senior Partner Enablement Manager at Intermedia since June 2020, Amy facilitates training sessions for partners and collaborates across various teams to enhance sales content. Previously, Amy held roles including Partner Enablement Manager and Partner Account Manager at Intermedia and Customer Development Executive at Iron Mountain, where strong customer relationships were cultivated and information management services were promoted. Earlier in the career, roles included Senior Sales Account Manager at SHI and teaching at Country Day School of Baton Rouge, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Family, Child, and Consumer Sciences from Louisiana State University.
