Urvashi Sheth is a leader in Global Customer Support with over 20+ years of experience building and directing multi-tiered, omni-channel customer support and service operations for startups to Fortune 500 companies. Previously Sheth managed Global Customer Care for Western Digital & SanDisk managing global Support and Warranty Operations.
Sheth has vast experience in B2B, B2C, retail and enterprise support. Her passion is developing innovative, AI based cost-effective, culturally appropriate, customer friendly solutions that not just improve the bottom line, but also enhances the customer experience for a rapidly growing global customer base.
Sheth earned her bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Mumbai and her MBA from the University of San Francisco’s Graduate School of Management.
