Andrew Benson is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in fund structuring and investment funds law. Currently serving as the Fund Structuring and Legal Director at ICG since September 2025, Andrew previously held the position of Legal Counsel - Director at Hayfin Capital Management LLP from November 2024 to August 2025, and served as Senior Legal Counsel at Gresham House from November 2022 to October 2024. Earlier roles include Investment Funds Senior Counsel and Pensions Solicitor at Travers Smith, along with various secondee legal counsel positions at abrdn, Federated Hermes, and Capital Generation Partners.
