Monika Krajewska

Monika Krajewska is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Associate Director of Investment Operations at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) since September 2021. In this role, Monika oversees private equity, secondaries, and direct lending strategies, coordinating with Fund Boards and managing transaction execution. Prior to ICG, Monika worked at Bain Capital Credit as Fund Controller, where responsibilities included managing acquisitions and cash management for acquired investments. Additional experience includes senior finance roles at Fidelity Worldwide Investments, PineBridge Investments, and urbanest UK, as well as audit positions at SRLV and Smith & Williamson. Monika holds a Master’s degree in Accounting from the University of Economics in Cracow and has completed leadership training at the School for Leaders in Warsaw and Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford.
