Stelios Elia

Stelios Elia is a seasoned investment executive currently serving as Managing Director at Intermediate Capital Group (ICG) since November 2023. Prior to this role, Stelios held the position of Managing Director at BC Partners from June 2013 to November 2023, where responsibilities included various investment executive roles, as well as Principal and Associate positions during earlier tenures at the firm from 2008 to 2011. Stelios began a career in consultancy as a Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company from September 2006 to September 2008. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Finance from Harvard Business School, obtained between 2011 and 2013, and a BEng, MA, and MEng in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, completed from 2002 to 2006.
