Cynthia Stevenson

Cynthia Stevenson is a seasoned educator with extensive experience in mathematics and science education. Currently serving as the Math and Science Teacher Partnership Project Coordinator at Intermediate District 287 in Plymouth, MN, since July 2008, Cynthia has successfully coordinated a statewide grant training over 1,500 teachers in these content areas. Prior experience includes the role of Professional Development Coordinator at Lakeville Area Public Schools, where oversight of professional learning for 1,300 staff was conducted, alongside designing graduate-level courses. Cynthia's earlier positions at Houghton Mifflin Company involved various consultant and specialist roles, contributing to the development of mathematics textbooks and the training of national sales forces. Cynthia holds a B.S. in Elementary Education from the University of Minnesota Moorhead and an MEd in Educational Administration from the University of North Dakota.
