Kiarra Zackery

Kiarra Zackery currently serves as the Director of Equity and Inclusion for Intermediate District 287, where responsibilities include leading race equity initiatives for a partnership involving ten school districts in the Twin Cities metro area, aimed at serving exceptional youth from Pre-K to 21 years old. Prior to this role, Kiarra worked as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Manager for the City of Golden Valley, MN, from August 2020 to November 2022. Kiarra holds a Master of Education in Equity-based pedagogy from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of St. Thomas.
