Samantha Thompson

Samantha Thompson is an experienced education professional specializing in Social Emotional Learning and special education. Currently serving as the Social Emotional Learning Coordinator at Intermediate District 287 since November 2011, Samantha focuses on enhancing the skills of school staff in areas like resilience and healing-centered engagement. Previous roles include Instructional Coach and Teacher for K-12 students in care and treatment programs, as well as an Autism Consultant for charter schools. Samantha has also worked as a Special Education Teacher and Case Manager for high school students with various learning disabilities at Insight School of Minnesota.
