James Kilgallon

James Kilgallon has a diverse work experience in product management and engineering roles. James started their career as a Mechanical Engineer at G&B Specialties, Inc in 1994, where they were responsible for designing and producing forged and machined products for the railroad industry. In 1995, they joined InterMetro Industries Corporation as a Custom Product Engineer, designing and developing custom products for Strategic National Accounts. James then moved on to become a Segment/Product Manager, overseeing divisional and corporate growth through the development of new products for domestic and international markets. James also served as a Group Manager, driving strategic growth and managing staff in two separate locations covering healthcare and commercial laboratory market segments. Kilgallon later became a Group Product Manager, leading the development of the next generation Automated Medication & Supply Dispensing portfolio. James achieved sales and profitability goals, owned the group's strategic growth vision, and delivered successful outcomes. In 2014, they assumed the position of Director of Business Process Excellence at InterMetro Industries Corporation, where they were responsible for driving process improvements. James later advanced to the role of Director of Product Management and, most recently, to Vice President of Product Management. Kilgallon continues to contribute their expertise to the company at a high-level position.

James Kilgallon earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. James continued their education at Drexel University, obtaining a Master of Science in Engineering Management between 1997 and 1999.
