Susan Butchko-Krisa

Susan Butchko-Krisa began their career in 2000 as an Associate at Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises, Inc. During their time there, they played a significant role in various business areas, including Human Resources, Bankruptcy, Collections, Contracts, Dividend Processes, Mergers and Acquisitions, Internet, and Real Estate. Susan was also involved in the $1.3 billion acquisition of the company by Citizens Communications Company, handling due diligence, drafting merger agreement disclosure schedules, and obtaining regulatory approvals.

In 2008, Susan joined InterMetro Industries Corporation as the Corporate Director of Human Resources. Susan also obtained Lean Specialist Certification and was responsible for Human Resources Management, Labor & Employee Relations. InterMetro is a well-established company that manufactures and distributes storage and transport products for the Healthcare, Foodservice, and Commercial markets. With a global presence, InterMetro has approximately 1400 employees across 45 countries. Susan's role at the company is ongoing.

Susan Butchko-Krisa received their JD degree in Law from Penn State Dickinson Law from 1995 to 1998. Prior to that, they obtained a BA degree in Education from King's College between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, Susan attended Professional Enrichment & Training Seminars, although the specific years and any degrees or fields of study associated with this institution are unknown.
