Sarthak Arora

Sarthak Arora has a diverse work experience spanning from 2014 to 2023. Sarthak began their career as a Software Engineer at HCL Technologies from February 2014 to March 2015. In 2018, they worked as an IIoT Developer Intern at Microland Limited, focusing on Machine Learning. That same year, they joined the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they held various roles including Graduate Student Researcher, Graduate Teaching Assistant, and finally, Graduate Research Assistant until May 2021. From May 2021 to May 2022, Sarthak worked as a Robotics Engineer at JetBrains, where they conducted research and developed computer vision techniques and applications for object detection and robotic grasping. Currently, Sarthak holds a position as a Senior Robotics Engineer at Intermodalics starting in January 2023.

Sarthak Arora completed their Engineer's Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, from 2009 to 2013. Sarthak then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Electrical Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Sarthak also obtained several certifications. Sarthak received certificates for completing the Coursera courses "Getting and Cleaning Data" and "The Data Scientist's Toolbox" in June 2015 and May 2015, respectively.
