The leaders of InterMoor have a wealth of experience in the maritime industry, including working as a project manager at Bureau Veritas and a naval architect at RBNA. They also have experience as an engineering intern at Estaleiro Atlântico Sul. Both leaders have degrees in naval architecture and marine engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.
